We look after sites we built and, after a short review, sites built elsewhere.

Can you maintain a website you did not build?
Yes, in most cases. We start with a short review of the code, hosting and plugins so we know what we are taking on, and we tell you up front if anything needs fixing first.
Which platforms do your care plans cover?
WordPress websites, Shopify stores and custom-built websites and web apps. If your setup is different, tell us about it and we will confirm whether we can look after it.
How much does a care plan cost?
Each plan is scoped to your website or app, so we share pricing after the initial review rather than publishing a fixed price list.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Your needs will change over time, and you can move between plans. We agree how changes work with you before any plan starts.
